REJUVENATES DIALYZER REPROCESSING

Renolive is a cold sterilant intended for use in dialyzer reprocessing system. It is also used for manual dialyzer reprocessing. Renolive offers advantages compared to traditional chemicals used for reprocessing such as it replaces Formaldehyde, Hydrogen peroxide, and Bleach when used for dialyzer reprocessing. Renolive is a stabilized mixture of peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and acetic acid.

Description

Safer Disinfectant for Dialyzer:

Renolive offers effective and safe disinfection. Residues if any in the dialyzer will degrade quickly into water and oxygen. Peracetic acid has superior disinfection activity because it has a higher oxidation potential than chlorine dioxide and sodium hypochlorite. Renolive is a safe disinfectant for dialyzer membrane whereas dialyzer membrane may get damaged when sodium hypochlorite is used as a disinfectant.

Healthcare

Renolive Edge over other:

Renolive has superior disinfection activity. Renolive is safe to use, as peracetic acid dissolves in water and disintegrates to hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid which will fall apart to water, oxygen and carbon dioxide. It is safe for dialysis technician as it is 100% biodegradable and non-toxic. Renolive has superior material compatibility unlike sodium hypochlorite and formaldehyde. Renolive does not cause the formation of anti-N-like antibodies.

Dairy

Disinfectant Based on Peracetic Acid:

Renolive is a highly effective peracetic acid-based disinfectant for use in dairy, food and beverage industries. Renolive is a stabilized peracetic acid solution, has superior disinfection activity because it has higher oxidation potential than chlorine dioxide and sodium hypochlorite. Peracetic acid has broad-spectrum activity and effective over a wide range of micro-organisms. Renolive is specifically formulated as a terminal disinfectant for use in automated CIP systems. Renolive offers advantages compared to traditional chemicals used for reprocessing such as it replaces Sodium hypochlorite, Hydrogen peroxide, Caustic soda or Bleach when used for food reprocessing.

Application :

Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) in Diary plant
Sterilization & Disinfection of Dairy and Food processing
Disinfecting hard, non-porous food contact surfaces and equipment, such as food preparation surfaces, pipelines, tanks, vats, fillers, evaporators, pasteurizers and aseptic equipment in the Dairy processing plant, Beverage Plant and Food Processing/Packing Plants.

Clean equipment immediately after use.

Remove gross particulate matter with warm water flush.

Wash equipment with detergent or cleaning solution.

Rinse equipment with potable water.

Prepare Renolive solution by adding 1 % Renolive, dilute 10 ml of Renolive in 1 litre of pure water. This provides 87.7 to 149 ppm peroxyacetic acid and 373 to 635 ppm hydrogen peroxide.

Water used for dilution must be at room temperature.

Allow surfaces to drain thoroughly before resuming operation.

Antimicrobial Rinse of Pre-Cleaned or New Returnable or Non-Returnable Containers

To reduce the number of nonpathogenic beverage spoilage organisms such as Aspergillus Versicolor, Byssochlamys fulva, Pediococcus damnosus, Lactobacillus buchneri, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.

Prepare Renolive solution by adding 1 % Renolive, dilute 10 ml of Renolive in 1 litre of pure water.

Allow containers to drain thoroughly, and then rinse with sterile or potable water.

In all applications, prepare a new sanitizing/disinfecting solution daily to ensure effectiveness.

Do not reuse sanitizing/disinfecting solutions. Dispose of any unused sanitizing/disinfecting solution.

Note: Before using this product to sanitize metal surfaces, it is recommended that the diluted solution be tested on a small area to determine compatibility.
