Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner / Degreaser
Area to be Cleaned:
Powerful alkaline industrial degreaser for the
effective removal of mineral / synthetic oils, tar,
grease, carbon soot etc. MICROGEN H SUPRA + is
mainly targeted for soil removal on heavily soiled
floors. This can also be used for low and medium
soil conditions at a lower concentrations.
How to Dilute:
Normal Soiling: 10 ml. in 1 litre of water 1% (v/v)
Medium Soiling: 20ml. in 1 litre of water 2% (v/v)
Heavy Soiling: 20 to 50 ml. in 1 litre of water 2-5% (v/v)
Apply to the surface with a brush or a mop, scrub and rinse
off. On heavily soiled surfaces, good results are
obtained when MICROGEN H SUPRA + is used with
mechanized cleaning equipment.
Manual Dosing: Dose the product into a bucket filled
with water, apply the solution, allow it to act for 20 min. and
scrub. Remove the soiled solution and rinse thoroughly
with clean water.
Machine Dosing: Dose 200 ml. of the product into a full
water tank (10 litres.) of a single disc machine or
scrubber drier and apply the solution. Scrub the floor
without wet vacuuming, allow the solution to act for
5 – 10 minutes, then scrub a second time and directly
wet vacuum the soiled solution. Rinse the floor
thoroughly with clean water.
Usage of this Cleaning Agent:
Usage Restrictions: Under recommended
conditions of use, MICROGEN H SUPRA + is suitable
for use on most surface encountered in industries &
institutions. The product is not recommended for
use on alkali sensitive surfaces such as Parquet /
Wood, Marble, PVC, Rubber etc.
Safety Precautions: Irritating to skin. Risk of serious
damage to eyes. In case of contact with the eyes,
rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek
medical advice. Wear suitable gloves and
eye/face protection.
